Place 1 frozen banana, 1/4 cup Authentic Food nut milk (cashew or almond), 1 TBS full cream yoghurt, 1 tsp raw cacao, 1 tsp raw honey and 1 tsp almond butter in a food processor. Blitz until smooth but not runny. Pour into a glass and keep in freezer during next step.
In a separate mixing bowl, beat 2 TBS chilled full cream coconut milk until soft peaks form. Remove smoothie bowl from freezer and top with the whipped coconut milk, cacao nibs, toasted cashews and a dusting of cacao.
For the fudge sauce, mix 1 tsp cashew butter, ½ tsp melted coconut oil, ¼ tsp cacao and 1 tsp honey and mix well. Drizzle over smoothie bowl and enjoy!
Optional – Add 1 TBS brewed and cooled espresso for the perfect morning pick me up.
